Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching
Living in rhythm with your own nature
Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest systems of health - rooted in the understanding that each of us has a
unique constitution, and that wellbeing comes not from
a single prescription but from learning to live
in alignment with your own nature
and the rhythms of the season.
It asks a different question to modern medicine.
Not just what is wrong - but how are you living?
Sleep, food, movement, rest, the quality of your attention.
All of it matters.
All of it can be adjusted, gently,
in the direction of balance.
What we cover
The course is shaped around your constitution, but the five sessions move through the foundations of Ayurvedic living:
Your unique mind-body type - understanding your constitution and what balance looks like for you specifically.
Nutrition - not a diet, but a way of eating that works with your nature and the season.
Sleep and rest - Ayurveda has a lot to say about the quality of rest, not just its quantity.
Pranayama and meditation - breath and stillness as daily practice, not occasional remedy.
Emotions - how Ayurveda understands emotional patterns and what supports regulation and flow.
Inner pharmacy - the everyday medicine of movement, music, beauty, and sensory nourishment.
One-to-one guidance
I offer one-to-one sessions for those who want to understand themselves more deeply - their patterns, their tendencies, what depletes them and what restores them.
Five sessions, built around your unique constitution.
