Rooted in Ayurveda and the rhythms of the season,
each class is different -
sometimes building heat and finding strength,
sometimes settling into deep stillness.
The breath leads.
The body is treated as something worth listening to,
not just moving through sequences.
I teach from inside the practice, not above it.
What I notice in my own body, I offer back -
so you're never just following instructions,
you're learning to listen to yourself.
What to expect:
Movement that changes with the season.
Breath as the foundation of everything.
Stillness that has substance to it.
Strength that doesn't force.
The occasional moment where something quietly shifts.
No experience necessary.
Just a willingness to pay attention.
